Bear in mind that the severity of the injuries sustained in any accident will determine the level of compensation that you are awarded. This article looks at some of those applicable levels.

? Quadriplegia: Here there is a set level of between £160,000 to £200,000
? Paraplegia: The level is between £110,000 and £140,000
Up to a maximum of £135,000 for total blindness in both eyes
? Loss of both arms: Between £120,000 and £150,000.
